Day three we took a ride from Cork City to Castlemaine. The plan was to go to Killarney, but we realized that it would have been a big detour when looking at tomorrows schedule.
We stopped by Blarney Castle first, after that we went for the Ring of Kerry, a beautiful route on the south west corner of Ireland.
Final distination ended up being Castlemaine by coincidence, but it was a great place to spend the night, 2 great rooms, and a cozy small city with only 1 grocery store, 1 church and 4!!! pubs:)

Day four is a tour from Castlemaine to Kinvara. We took a boat to cut the ride a bit short this day.
The sail is from Tarbert to Killimer. A stop was done in Kilrush for lunch, and a look at the city.
We drive by the famous Cliffs of Moher, and set our destination towards Doolin, which was originally our trget today, but we decide to continue, too many young tourists here, it could be noisy during the night.
Insted we find a B&B in Kinvara, also a quite nice city with a lively harbour.

Day Five was a very short ride, we arrive in Galway already at around 10 AM. That was intentional however, Galway is the second largest city in Ireland, and we wanted to get a good look at the city.

This is the final drive of the four, almost. We go from Galway to Dublin, and we are looking at getting accomodation for two nights. That prooves to be impossible as a certain Mr. Robbie Williams is giving a concert in Dublin the next night, we spend a good deal of time looking for accomondation for the last night, but it is impossible.
AM & KH goes for a look at the city during night time, and a snack in the city.
On the way to Dublin we stop at Tullamore, they MUST have a distillery we can have a look at, but no, it is closed, alas.
Not many photos from this day, as most of it was spent in the car...

A day devoted to Dublin. We get on a bus sightseeing, which was good. Manage too see a Guiness brewery, the Temple Bar area and a lot of the city on foot.
AM sees a B&B and goes in there to check for vacancies, we think she is naive, but she comes out of the door, waving her arms, she got us a room. The hero of the day is hereby found.
We spent the rest of the day in a good mood since we found a bed, and the night ends with some traditional Irish music at a pub near to our hotel

It is the day for our departure. We have had a great week in Ireland, we were so lucky with the weather. The landlady in Castlemaine said that she souldn't remember when it had been so nice for so long the last time.

Ireland, we will be back.
